Championship Transfer Tips - Gameweek 2

Gameweek Two Transfer Tips

So gameweek one is over and we're immediately looking towards the second set of fixtures in the Championship.

Our first set of Championship transfer tips had mixed results, a positive being Kamil Grosicki who had a great season opener for Hull by grabbing himself a goal.

However we also had Kieren Westwood who looked solid for majority of the game before he subsequently received his marching orders from the referee in the 80th minute.

Stoke City's Sam Vokes was our third tip and the less said about that the better, the Welsh international struggled in front of goal as the Potters suffered a 2-1 defeat to Queens Park Rangers.

The Premier League returns this weekend and so do our top flight transfer tips - Check out who we think will hit the ground running in their opening games HERE!

Joe Bryan - £6.6m

Our first player we think you should have in your team is Fulham's Joe Bryan.

Despite suffering a shock defeat to Championship new boys, Barnsley in gameweek one, Joe Bryan's quality still managed to shine.

No player in the Championship made more tackles than Bryan, who made nine. With two interceptions, two clearances and a block in just 90 minutes, the Englishman showed why he is one of the best full-backs in the league.

A home tie to Blackburn Rovers is what awaits Fulham this weekend and they'll be expected to bounce back with a positive result.

Bryan is almost certain to start this weekend and hopefully he can pop up with an assist or at the very least a clean sheet, against a Blackburn side who have struggled defensively away from home.

Joe Bryan is expected to play a key part as Fulham look to bounce back to the Premier League.

Nathan Dyer - £6.5m

Nathan Dyer is our second player you should consider for your Fantasy Hub teams this weekend.

Dyer was one of the more influential players in Swansea's opening 2-1 win against Hull with no player on the pitch having more shots than the wide man who tested the opposition on 6 occasions.

The Premier League winner also made 4 key passes for the Swans, one of which turned out to be the game winner, assisting Mike van der Hoorn in the 49th minute.

At just £6.5m, Dyer is an absolute steal of a price and has only been selected by 3.07% of users so could be a good chance to gain an advantage in your mini-league.

Nathan Dyer will be hoping to emulate his performance vs Hull again this weekend.

Kyle Edwards - £5.6m

Our final player is the cheapest option and someone who is really looking to leave their mark on the Championship.

Kyle Edwards featured in our Championship gameweek one team of the week recently and for good reason - You can check out the full Team Of The Week HERE!

The twenty-one year old seems to be going from strength to strength with Slaven Bilic already being a big admirer of the youngster.

With the signing of Charlie Austin we're still confident that Edwards will get decent game time and fully expect him to feature against Millwall this weekend.

West Brom faced a tough opening fixture away to Nottingham Forest, however that didn't affect their young forward who produced the goods in the 15th minute.

Given Austin has only just joined the baggies he'll be unlikely to start on Saturday. - So at just £5.6m, Edwards is a bargain.

Kyle Edwards will be hoping to cement his position as a first team member of the West Brom squad this season.
