Group D

Turkey were the surprise winners of Group D, edging out Croatia on goal difference. Croatia will be disappointed to have missed out on top spot, but they will still be confident of their chances in the Euros.

Group E

Albania and Czech Republic have qualified directly for Euro 2024. Both teams finished level on points (15) with identical records of 4 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss. Albania secured top spot on alphabetical order after UEFA regulations dictate that when two or more teams are equal on points, head-to-head record is used first (which was not applicable in this case), then goal difference (which was also the same), and finally the higher coefficient of results in the qualifying group is used.

Group E was a tightly contested group with Albania and Czech Republic emerging victorious. Poland will be frustrated to have fallen short, while Moldova and Faroe Islands never really got into contention.

Group G

Group H

Denmark and Slovenia secured the top two spots, qualifying directly for Euro 2024. Both teams finished the group stage with an impressive 22 points, having won 7 games, drawn 1, and lost 2. Denmark topped the group alphabetically after UEFA regulations dictate that when two or more teams are equal on points, head-to-head record is used first (which wasn't applicable in this case), then goal difference (which was also the same), and finally the higher coefficient of results in the qualifying group is used.

Group H was a very close group at the top with Denmark and Slovenia edging out Finland and Kazakhstan for automatic qualification. Northern Ireland and San Marino never really got into contention.

Group J

Portugal won Group J and qualified directly for Euro 2024. They were dominant in the group, winning all ten of their matches. This makes Portugal the eighth national side to qualify for a European Championship with a 100% record, and the ninth instance overall.

Portugal's performance in Group J was exceptional. They won every game and conceded very few goals. Slovakia will be pleased to have secured qualification alongside them.
