Brighton take on Lithuanian outfit Kauno Žalgiris in the Europa Conference League this week as they search for a first-ever major trophy.
Brighton come into this game 3rd in the Premier League with 13 points from six games. The Seagulls have enjoyed an excellent start to the season, claiming huge results such as a 3-0 thumping of champions Arsenal.
At the weekend, the Seagulls claimed a 2-0 win away at Sunderland, an excellent result given they spent 40 minutes of the game playing with ten men.
The result means Brighton have now won all of their last four games on the spin, and have lost only one of nine in all competitions.
Their games tend to be high scoring, with six of their last eight seeing over 2.5 goals scored. In their last eight outings, Brighton have scored a whopping 25 goals, making them a highly clinical outfit.
Brighton are many people's favourites to win this competition and given how good they've been with so many big players out injured, it's fair to expect them to make light work of their opponents this week.
Kauno Žalgiris are top of the Lithuanian Toplyga by one point. The team failed to qualify for the Europa League after losing 3-1 to Besiktas on aggregate in the qualifying rounds.
They're in good form having won four of their last five games, but given the Lithuanian Toplyga ranks 45th in UEFA's coefficient rankings - below the likes of Moldova and the Faroe Islands - it's hard to take much from that.
In all likelihood, they'll be convincingly put to the sword by the Seagulls here; the only question is by how many.
Brighton 4-0 Kauno Žalgiris
