Spanish side Getafe have made a poor start to their Conference League campaign, drawing 1-1 to Craiova in their opening game before losing 5-2 at home to Lugano.
This Thursday night, Getafe host a Brighton side that have secured four points from their first two group games. The Premier League outfit started off with a 4-0 victory over Lithuanian side Kauno Zalgiris and then played out a goalless draw in Czechia against Jablonec.
Getafe only just edged out Serbian side Partizan in their two-legged play-off to qualify for the Conference League this season, and don't appear to be equipped to go deep into this competition.
Brighton eased past Norwegian side Tromso in their play-off tie, winning 4-0 on aggregate, and are one of the favourites to go all the way and lift the Conference League trophy this season.
The visitors have form in their favour, and we're backing a Brighton win in Madrid this week. We are also predicting a comfortable 3-0 scoreline in the English team's favour as the Seagulls have been scoring goals for fun since the start of the season.
Brighton have not conceded a single goal in any of their four European matches so far this season, and we're backing Fabian Hurzeler's men to extend that run against an average Getafe side on Thursday night.
Geirginio Rutter has already scored twice in the Conference League this season and is likely to play the full 90 minutes against Getafe, so don't be surprised if the Frenchman adds to his goals tally.
Getafe 0-3 Brighton
