Wrexham head into this FA Cup tie as the underdogs, but the Championship outfit have been in good form since late October, only losing two of their last 14 matches. The Red Dragons have won each of their last four fixtures against Sheffield United, Preston, Blackburn Rovers and Derby County, scoring at least two goals in each of those games. However, the Welsh club have only managed to keep two clean sheets in their last 10 attempts, with both teams scoring in seven of their last 10 outings.
Nottingham Forest have never faced Wrexham before, and being a Premier League side, it's easy to see why Sean Dyche's side are the favourite to progress into the next round. However, Forest are in a battle at the bottom end of the Premier League table, and while a win against fellow strugglers West Ham in midweek has given the club a big boost, they have still lost four of their last five fixtures. The visitors haven't managed to keep a single clean sheet in any of their last five matches, conceding at least two goals in three of those games.
We're believing in the magic of the FA Cup this Friday by backing Wrexham to upset the odds courtesy of a 2-1 victory over their top-flight guests.
Wrexham 2-1 Nottingham Forest
