Brentford continue their quest to secure European football for next season as they take on Burnley in the Premier League this weekend.
The Clarets are rooted down in 19th in the standings and are on course for an immediate relegation back to the Championship following last season's promotion. Recent weeks have, however, seen an uptick in performances and competitiveness and manager Scott Parker will be pleased with his team's effort. While survival is out of their grasp, there's still plenty of chance to end to the season on a high note.
Still, though, they enter this game with only one league win since October, which came in a 3-2 win over Crystal Palace earlier in the month. They salvaged a late point in a 1-1 draw with Chelsea last weekend, meaning they've now taken four points from their last two outings, representing their second-best two-game haul of the campaign.
BTTS has occurred in four of their last six games in all competitions, while over 2.5 goals have also been scored in four of their last six outings.
Brentford are 7th in the league and are looking to secure European football for next season. The Bees come into this game in good form despite losing 0-2 at home to Brighton last weekend, with that being their only defeat in five. Their away form in the league has also been particularly convincing, with Keith Andrews' side notching four wins in their last five road trips.
The Bees have dominate recent encounters between the two sides, wining three of the last four head-to-head meetings, and will come into this game confident of writing the wrongs of last weekend.
