Everton have made a decent start to the new season and remain unbeaten at Hill Dickinson after three games. The Toffees have won two and drawn one of their three games at their new home in league and cup, and are yet to concede a single goal at their dockside stadium.
West Ham have made a very poor start to the campaign, losing five of their opening six matches across all competitions, including four defeats in the Premier League. The Hammers have failed to score in two of their five league games and have conceded at least two goals in five of their six fixtures.
Both games between these two teams last season ended in stalemates, but all nine games preceding those draws produced a winner. West Ham have lost their last two outings in the Premier League, and thus Graham Potter was relieved of his duties over the weekend. His replacement sees a quick return to club football for former Nottingham Forest and Wolves manager, Nuno Espirito Santo.
We can only see there being one winner at Hill Dickinson on Monday night, and we're backing the Toffees to keep another clean sheet on their return to winning ways.
