Bosnia and Qatar are both hoping to salvage their 2026 World Cup campaigns as the two sides face off in their final game in Group B.
Bosnia currently sit 3rd in Group B with one point. The Balkan side drew 1-1 with Canada in their opening game before Switzerland firmly put them to the sword in a 4-1 hammering last week.
They'll be hugely disappointed with the end result against the Swiss, with the scores having been level until the 74th minute when the Swiss took a 1-0 lead.
Shortly after, Bosnia were reduced to ten men when Tarik Muharemovic saw red, which led to Switzerland running away with the game.
Their form is mixed, winning one, drawing three and losing one of their last five games. While they've only won four of their last ten games, they've also lost only once so they're not an easy team to get the better of.
Qatar, meanwhile, sit bottom of the group with one point. After claiming their first-ever World Cup point against Switzerland, the Asian side were soberingly brought back down to Earth on Thursday night by a 6-0 hammering at the hands of Canada in a game that saw them reduced to nine men.
Qatar were a sorry side on the night and looked well short of the required level, and while a win here could still see them progress to the knockout stages of the competition, they enter the game in a difficult moment.
Qatar have won only one game in 2026, a fixture against the UAE, and given their performances at the tournament this summer, it's hard to predict anything other than a defeat.
The game could be a low scoring affair with six of Bosnia's last seven games and five of Qatar's last seven games seeing under 2.5 goals scored, but we fancy the Europeans to get the job done.
Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-0 Qatar
