The Champions League has thrown up some titanic clashes and memorable moments over the years. The competitions pits the biggest club sides in world football against each other which results in plenty of goals, drama and entertainment on a huge scale. One of these clashes came back in 2010 when Barcelona and Inter Milan faced off in the semi-finals of the tournament. On paper it looked incredible - Pep Guardiola v Jose Mourinho, an incredible attack against a stubborn defence and two huge clubs under a lot of pressure to succeed. The first leg brought up a few surprises, with the Italians coming out 3-1 winners at the San Siro following a magnificent display, which set things up nicely for the reverse in Catalonia.
Inter travelled there knowing that they could get away with a defeat as long as it wasn't two goals or more so they clearly had an advantage - but with the Camp Nou being such a tough place to travel to they knew their work would be cut out. Their hopes of progressing through to the final weren't helped when an early dismissal to key midfield man Thiago Motta meant they'd have to play over an hour with 10 men. But somehow - despite having just 2 shots all game and just 39% possession - they managed to scrap through with a 1-0 defeat and make the final, where they beat Bayern Munich 2-0 in Madrid.
On Wednesday night these two great clubs meet for the first time since that famous night at the Camp Nou so we've put together this quiz to test your knowledge on it. We want to see if you can name both sets of players from that clash (including substitutes) inside just 8 minutes - it's not an easy one this! Give it your best shot below and tweet your efforts into us @FootyAccums to see how you compare with the rest of our followers! Good luck!
