Scoring goals is one of (if not the) most important things in football. Goals win games and clinical finishers certainly don't come cheap, with every club on the look out for a prolific striker who can win games single handedly. This is no different in the Premier League, in what is one of the most competitive divisions in world football. We've seen some incredible players come and ply their trade in the top flight over the years, which has resulted in some crazy games and seasons. The Premier League started off dominated by home grown players, but the influx of money into has seen players from around the globe make the move to varying degrees of success.
One of which is Manchester City and Argentina forward Sergio Aguero. Since arriving at the Etihad Stadium he's hit an incredible 9 Premier League hat-tricks along with scoring 146 goals - putting him 10th in the all-time standings. This season he became the first player in the top flight to score a hat-trick and his achievements have led to some huge praise from a number of high profile names within the game. One of which is the leagues all-time record goal scorer Alan Shearer, who described Aguero as the best foreign player to ever play in the Premier League which speaks volumes.
Aguero scored his hat-trick against Huddersfield Town on the second weekend of the season, playing an instrumental role in their 6-1 victory.
