The Premier League is widely renowned for being the best division in world football and it's not hard to see why. The planets best players come and do their thing on our shores and they get paid an awful lot of money for it - but it does result in some fantastic games. And this weekend was no different, we saw an absolute shed load of goals across Saturday & Sunday and even saw some history made in the process - which came in the first game.
Wolves and Leicester City faced off at Molineux in Saturday's early kick-off in what was a massive clash for both sides and despite each of them struggling for consistency at the moment, they produced an absolute classic. 7 goals were shared which led to Wolves netting a last minute winner to win 4-3, with the exuberant celebrations even leading to boss Nuno Espirito Santo being sent off after producing his own Mourinho touchline moment - running down the pitch to join in with his players.
Diogo Jota was the man to net that crucial winner and it capped off a special day for him. He scored his maiden Premier League hat-trick and in turn became the first Wolves player in the PL era to do so. It's a big achievement for the 22 year-old and he joins an illustrious list of players by scoring a hat-trick.
