Another slow week in the footballing world due to the international break is now almost over, with a host of Premier League, Championship and European action for us all to feast on throughout the next few days, bloody marvellous.
In the Premier League, the race for the title remains incredibly tight as Liverpool and Manchester City find themselves separated by just two points, with the latter having the luxury of a game in hand over their Merseyside rivals. City travel to west London to take on Fulham in this Saturday's early kick-off, while Jurgen Klopp's Reds do battle on Sunday afternoon when they host Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham at Anfield.
Elsewhere, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer takes charge of his first game as permanent Manchester United manager when the Red Devils welcome Watford to Old Trafford. There's a battle at the bottom, too, as Brighton and Southampton lock horns in an extremely important clash on the south coast. It really is all going on in the top-flight, excited? Us too.
