The Premier League always delivers drama and entertainment & the 2017/18 campaign was no different. It was a huge season for many clubs but Manchester City stole the headlines after picking up an incredible 100 points on their way to winning the title. Pep Guardiola's men played some absolutely sublime football on their way to lifting the trophy which saw them set records for goals scored, away wins, consecutive wins and much more - an incredible achievement. Statistically speaking it was the best season in English top flight history and it'll take some beating.
Elsewhere in the top flight we saw Burnley and Sean Dyche work miracles by finishing up in 7th position which secured a place in the qualifying rounds of the Europa League for the first time in over 30 years. That was their highest ever Premier League finish and it really was a fantastic campaign for everyone involved with the club. Another big story was that for just the third time in Premier League history all three newly promoted sides managed to stay up, with Huddersfield (16th), Brighton (15th) and Newcastle (10th) enjoying excellent campaigns.
