Barcelona enter their Champions League semi-final tie with Inter Milan as favourites, as Blaugrana are in red-hot form and will be full of confidence having beaten Real Madrid in the final of the Copa del Rey - a victory which extended their domestic unbeaten run to 19 matches.

Hansi Flick’s men have won five of their last six home Champions League games, scoring 17 times, following victories over Young Boys (5-0), Bayern Munich (4-1), Brest (3-0), Benfica (3-1) and Borussia Dortmund (4-0) while drawing 2-2 at home with Atalanta.

Inter Milan are currently on a three-game losing streak following shock defeats to Bologna, AC Milan and AS Roma, having failed to score in any of those matches. Following that win, Inter confirmed their place in the Champions League’s semi-finals with a 2-2 home draw against Bayern Munich, ultimately seeing them win 4-3 on aggregate.

Simone Inzaghi’s side are in danger of seeing their season completely collapse, as they have suffered damaging 1-0 league defeats to both Bologna and AS Roma on either side of a 3-0 home loss to AC Milan in the second leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final.
