          Blackburn Rovers vs Norwich Preview, Tips & Stats

          Blackburn Rovers host Norwich at Ewood Park this Saturday in the Championship. Norwich are in the thick of the Play-off fight whereas Blackburn will be looking for three points to put some space between them and the relegation zone.

          An own goal from Aynsley Alan William Pears and a goal from Joe Hodge gave QPR the 2 - 0 lead, Sam Gallagher did grab a goal but QPR held on for the 2 - 1 win. A brace from Tyrhys Dolan and a goal from Sammie Szmodics gave Blackburn the 3 - 0 lead early on, but Niall Ennis grabbed a goal for Stoke before halftime. Following the red card to Liam Kitching, Sainz scored to give Norwich the 2 - 1 win over ten-man Coventry.

          Jack Colback gave QPR the 1 - 0 lead going into halftime but Kenny McLean equalised just three minutes into the second half. Sargent then gave Norwich the lead but a goal from Michael Frey grabbed the 2 - 2 draw for QPR. Ashley Barnes, Sargent, Gabriel Sara and Christian Fassnacht all scored in the 4 - 2 win over Watford, with Mileta Rajovic and Yaser Asprilla on the scoresheet for Watford.

          The most recent outing for Norwich was against Cardiff. Jamilu Collins gave Cardiff the lead but a brace from Sargent and goals from Sara and Fassnacht gave Norwich the 4 - 1 win.

          Blackburn and Norwich have met 51 times in their histories, with the first meeting coming back in 1912. Rovers have the better record in the fixture with 22 wins in comparison to Norwich’s 16 wins, the other 13 games ending in a draw.
