Nottingham Forest are hoping to overturn a one-goal deficit in Denmark this week as they take on Midtjylland in the Europa League last 16.
Midtjylland ran out 1-0 winners in the first leg at the City Ground, but they'll feel fortunate to have won given they were largely second best for the majority of the game. However, an extremely wasteful Forest side meant that the visitors only needed one moment to land in their favour, and that's exactly what happened in the 80th minute as Cho Gue-sung bagged the winning goal.
They come into this game in good form, with five wins from their last eight games (and only one defeat). Their games tend to be low scoring affairs, with five of their last seven seeing under 2.5 goals scored. Having kept three clean sheets in their last five games, they'll be confident about restricting Forest to a low scoring tally. They've lost only one game on home soil from their last 22, so their odds of progressing look strong.
Forest will be hugely frustrated about their toothlessness in the final third last week, but the consolation is that a one-goal deficit is salvageable, providing they turn up on the pitch.
Their game at the weekend did little to appease any doubters about their lack of attacking potency, however, as they drew 0-0 with Fulham in an extremely forgettable Premier League encounter. The result means the Tricky Trees now have only one win in their last ten games in all competitions, which came away at Fenerbahce in this competition.
With Forest having already lost twice to Midtjylland this season, there's little to suggest they're likely to win against a team so strong in home soil.
Midtjylland 1-0 Nottingham Forest
