Besiktas and Bodo/Glimt keep their action in the Europa Conference League going this Thursday with both teams meeting with one another last time out as the Super Lig side sit down in fourth place after a woeful few games.
Besiktas have struggled on both the domestic and continental fronts, and they come into this game with seven goals let in from three games and facing the prospect of an exit in Group D if they cannot win and Lugano also defeat Club Brugge.
These two also met back in the last game, as Bodo/Glimt ran out 3-1 winners. Albert Gronbaek scored the opening goal that day, as Faris Moumbagna and Ulrik Saltnes scored goals each in the second half. Brede Moe scored an own goal in that game late on too.
The Norwegian side are also sitting top of the Eliteserien as they head to the end of the season looking like snatching the title again. The club have managed to win 20 games and let in just 34 goals from this 27-game period. Bodo/Glimt have also lost only three times and drawn four games with an astonishing 73 goals scored.
They racked up four goals in the last game against Stabaek, as Sondre Sorli, Faris Moumbagna, Fredrik Andre Bjorkan and Ulrik Saltnes all scored goals each.
Elsewhere in the Europa League, however, they have lost to Club Brugge and drawn with Lugano and now have a lot to play for in this game, as they are level on points with Lugano and trailing Brugge by two.
Besiktas are also struggling in Turkey and sit down in fifth in the Super Liga with four losses from 11 games already. This sees them also score 17 goals but let in 14, and no team has let in more within the top six than them. Besiktas have also won just six games and drawn only once.
