Bodo/Glimt will take on Lech Poznan in the Europa Conference League this weekend with the Norwegian club currently in its off-season and only having to deal with these European games and a few club friendlies up until action resumes.
Kjetil Knutsen's men have not played a competitive game since the Europa League group stages across September, October and November. They drew 1-1 with PSV Eindhoven in their first match, before a 2-1 win over FC Zurich. They then went on to lose 3-0 to Arsenal and 1-0 to the Gunners in consecutive games within seven days, before Zurich and PSV beat them 2-1.
It forced the club into last place in their Europa League group and they were pushed into the Europa Conference League as a result. Since then, Bodo/Glimt have played four games in club friendlies and beaten only Viking 1-0 at home. They've since gone on to draw with Kalmar FF, lose to Viborg and draw with Silkeborg.
As for Lech Poznan, they are heading into this game after a narrow 1-0 win over Wisla Plock. It keeps them third in the Ekstraklasa but unbeaten in 2023 as well. Poznan have won just 10 games and lost four this season and sit behind the league leaders in Poland by 10 points already with no games in hand to play.
