For our Sivasspor vs. Fiorentina prediction, we're going for a 3-1 win for the away side.
Serie A side Fiorentina continue their Europa Conference League campaign as they head to Turkey to face Sivasspor in the second leg of their last 16 tie.
Sivasspor reached the Europa Conference League last 16 by topping Group G, a group containing CFR Cluj, Slavia Praha and Ballkani.
They enter this game in a poor position in their domestic league as they sit in 15th place, only outside of the relegation zone on goal difference.
They're also coming off the back of a damning league defeat having lost 3-0 to fellow relegation rivals Istanbulspor, a loss that makes their league position even more precarious.
Their home form is at least more encouraging having won three of their last four games on home soil, but having lost two of their last five on home soil they're not exactly infallible.
Sivasspor were fairly fortunate to emerge from the first leg with just a one goal deficit and they should take that as a giant confidence boost coming into this game. They're still the underdogs especially considering their form, but anything can happen over one game and they have the advantage of playing in front of their own fans.
Fiorentina reached the last 16 of the Europa Conference League by finishing second in Group A, a group containing Istanbul Basaksehir, Hearts and RFS.
They emerge from the first leg of this last 16 tie as a side wrapped in frustration after utterly dominating the encounter to finish the game with just a 1-0 lead to show for it.
I Viola enjoyed 64% of the possession and registered 21 shots on goal, is Sivasspor's eight, and should have easily scored more on the night.
Alas, though, they should not dwell on that and they can at least take confidence from the fact they demonstrated they're clearly the better side.
They also enter this game amidst an outstanding run of form having gone unbeaten in their last seven matches while winning each of their last five one the bounce.
Fiorentina have been largely average this season but it now appears as though they're peaking at the right time having also kept three clean sheets in their last four games.
Their away form es excellent, too, with the Serie A side winning each of their last three consecutive games on the road by an aggregate scoreline of 9-0.
Fiorentina are the clear favourites to progress to the quarterfinals and despite their slender lead they should avoid defeat in this game.
