The Premier League is without the biggest and best division in world football and the lure of it can be too much to refuse for many players. In England we've seen some mega money shelled out over the years to secure the services of some top footballers and with the demand for the top flight bigger than ever it doesn't look like it will end anytime soon. But despite this the top clubs in England still struggle to retain their stars when Spain's biggest clubs come calling, with Barcelona and Real Madrid raiding the Premier League since it's inception back in 1992.
Real Madrid in particular have enjoyed success by dipping into the English market, with the La Liga outfit signing 23 players from the Premier League so far. The reigning Champions League holders made movements this summer by signing Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois for around £35m and it looks like they could be signing another Belgian from Stamford Bridge if the rumours are true. Forward Eden Hazard has been linked with a move to the Spanish capital for some time now and with Cristiano Ronaldo now out the club, it looks like it could just be a matter of time before he dons the famous all white of Los Blancos.
