Aaron Ramsey's move to Juventus was confirmed on Monday evening, with the midfielder signing a pre-contract with the Serie A champions in a move that will see his 11-year long tenure at the Emirates come to an end.
The Welshman will link up with Juve in the summer on a free transfer upon the expiry of his current contract with the Gunners, with it reported that his new deal in Turin will see him earn £400,000-a-week before tax.
Having moved to North London in 2008 from Cardiff City, Ramsey has gone on to make over 250 appearances for Arsenal, scoring 38 goals.
The 28-year-old has become an integral part of Arsenal's side throughout the previous ten years, winning three FA Cup's and two Community Shield's with the Gunners.
Ramsey's exploits at the Emirates have earned him the Premier League's Player of the Month award (September 2013), London's Player of the Year award (2014) and Arsenal's Player of the Season award in both 2013/14 & 2017/18.
He is comfortably one of the best British players to have ever represented the North London outfit, and leaves the club having scored some absolutely phenomenal goals.
His strike against Galatasaray in the Champions League back in 2014 is probably the pick of his efforts - we're still not entirely sure how this went in.
Alongside this, Ramsey has netted some vital goals for Arsenal in both the Premier League and FA Cup - here's his top 20, if you've got a spare couple of minutes they're definitely worth a watch.
With the news of his departure confirmed on Twitter by Arsenal's official Twitter page, Ramsey released a heartfelt statement on his personal Twitter, thanking Gunners fans for their continued support over the last decade.
His statement read:
"I wanted to issue a personal statement to all the Arsenal fans who have been extremely loyal and supportive.
"You welcomed me as a teenager and have been there for me through all the highs and the lows I've encountered during my time at the club.
"It is with a heavy heart that I leave after 11 incredible years in North London. Thank you."
"I will continue to give the team 100% and hope to finish the season strongly, before heading onto my next chapter in Turin."Kind regards, Aaron."
