Champions League Odds: To Win All Group Games

Latest News

Real Madrid

Serial winners of the European crown, Real Madrid, will enter this Champions League campaign with a relatively comfortable start, and whilst they may not go on to win all group games because of Inter Milan's addition, they are the favorites to do so at 8/1.

Carlo Ancelotti's men will also clash with Shakhtar Donestk, who actually beat them in the group stages home and away last campaign. Real's team is also significantly weakened from last season, but it would be quite the surprise if the Ukrainian side were to do this again.

Elsewhere, Moldovan side Sheriff Tiraspol are also in Group D and they shouldn't be a threat for Real at all. On the other hand, even without Antonio Conte and Romelu Lukaku at Inter, the Italian champions will cause Ancelotti's side all kinds of trouble.

The Premier League sides

The Premier League outfits enter this Champions League season with a complex task ahead of them, besides the European champions themselves, Chelsea, who have been gifted a relatively easy start to the defence of their crown.

The Blues will still come up against Juventus, but with Malmo and Zenit the other two clubs in Group H, they are now 9/1 to win all their group games, putting them just behind Real as the favourites to do so and, by a distance, the most favoured English outfit to win all group games.

Manchester City will be chasing the European crown once more, but this time, it might just be their toughest group stage to date, despite winning the Premier League last season. Club Brugge will be the whipping boys in this group, but with Paris Saint-Germain the favourites to win the title with the addition of Lionel Messi, along with RB Leipzig Group A, it's going to be far from easy for City. Pep Guardiola's men are 16/1 to win all group games.

Elsewhere, Liverpool have arguably an even tougher test than City do, as they meet AC Milan, Porto and Atletico Madrid. Milan have been on the up the past year and have continued to impress in Serie A again and could well be title contenders once more. Porto made it to the quarter-finals in the last Champions League, while Atletico have started the defence of their La Liga title in unbeaten fashion, with three wins and a draw so far, all of which came without the new signing of an old face, Antoine Griezmann. The Reds are 20/1 to win all group games - this is the highest of all English clubs.

Finally, Manchester United have been favoured to win all their group games and progress further than other English sides by quite a few people now because of the addition of Cristiano Ronaldo and Raphael Varane. United will play against Villarreal, Atalanta and Young Boys in Group F. The Swiss side shouldn't cause any problems for them, while they will be confident in beating Villarreal home and away, despite losing to them in the Europa League final on penalties last season. Atalanta have also started their Serie A season in poor form and as of now, are not much of a threat either. United are 14/1 to win all group games.

Bayern Munich

Champions two seasons ago, Bayern Munich haven't exactly got much worse since they triumphed over all of Europe in stunning fashion, as they beat Barcelona 8-2 in the quarter-finals and edged past PSG in the final back in 2020.

And, in truth, Bayern were unfortunate not to beat PSG last season over two legs, as they missed Robert Lewandowski in both games through injury, and should he have been fit, one of their 44 efforts towards goal surely would have changed the tie.

The biggest change for Bayern this season is the addition of Julian Nagelsmann, but with Lewandowski and co. still the same, they are expected to beat Barcelona, Benfica, and Dynamo Kyiv in Group E.

Barcelona will be a test for the German champions, but given how they beat them 8-2 two seasons ago and now they are without Lionel Messi and Griezmann, it's fair to say that Bayern could make easy work of the Spanish giants.

Bayern are priced at 12/1 to win all group games.

Borussia Dortmund

It's very easy to focus on the heavyweights of European football in this market, but with them all facing tough competition, the 'second tier' of European giants all have slightly easier draws, such as Borussia Dortmund.

The German club will meet with Ajax, Besiktas, and Sporting Lisbon, all of which are expected to succumb to the superiority of Erling Haaland and co.

Dortmund's start to the Bundesliga season has been pretty solid, as they have won three and lost one. However, by scoring 13 goals along the way, the club are one of the top scorers across the domestic front of all teams in the Champions League this season so far.

Sporting and Ajax will cause problems for Marco Rose's men, given how they have both started the defence of their respective titles in unbeaten style ahead of their first group games, while Besiktas have managed to win three and draw one and currently top the Super Lig.

BVB are now priced at 14/1 to win all group games, and in truth, as long as Haaland continues his exceptional form, there is no reason why they won't ease into the knockout rounds.

PSG

PSG's group stages have been pretty easy to predict in recent times and even when they were drawn with Leipzig and United in last season's group stages, they managed to top the group ahead of those two giants.

Furthermore, a season prior, they dropped just two points in Group A as they topped the group ahead of Real, whilst they also did so ahead of Liverpool in 2018/19 and Bayern Munich in 2017/18. In fact, you have to go back to 2016/17 to see them in second of a group stage, as Arsenal topped the group back then.

The Gunners, who haven't been in the Champions League ever since then, show how times have changed on the European landscape, as PSG would also added Neymar and Kylian Mbappe to their squad a season later.

The French giants will clash with City in this season's group stage, and the two are the top two sides in the list of odds to win the Champions League. However, with Club Brugge and a weakened Leipzig from last season, PSG should get into the knockout rounds once more.

Winning all group games is another question, however, because beating City twice would be some achievement.
