Better Days Ahead

Has gone under the radar this season as a staying chaser and made a nice impression at the festival last year when winning the Martin Pipe.

Has graded form in the books over fences already and looks an astute stayer. Just being touched off in a Grade One at Christmas he ran to a similar level to win a Grade 2 last time out.

Jack Kennedy takes the ride and he looks like he’ll get the trip better than some others in the field.

It’s hard to get away from Unexpected Party for Dan Skelton here with his impressive win last season seemingly coming with a good chunk in hand from his mark.

Campaigned well this year to only be 6lbs higher than for last year’s win.

Is trained by a handicap master at Cheltenham and should still have some wriggle room off a mark of 144. Should be right in the mix again.
