Real Madrid and Eintracht Frankfurt face off in the UEFA Super Cup final in what should be an entertaining prospect.

Los Blancos have had an interesting pre-season to say the least, having lost 1-0 to Barcelona, as well as drawing 2-2 with Club America and beating Juventus 2-0.

Their opponents Eintracht kicked off their Bundesliga campaign against Bayern Munich at the weekend and were thumped 6-1 by the champions. Since winning the Europa League last season, the German Bundesliga outfit have lost the likes of Martin Hinteregger and Filip Kostic.

Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior were both key players for Real last season as they managed to win La Liga and the Champions League.

Former Lyon man Benzema managed to score 44 goals and create 15 assists in 46 matches, whilst Vinicius fired in 22 goals and made 20 assists. Notably, Junior was the match winner in the Champions League final against Liverpool as he scored the only goal of the game.

Last season, Benzema had a superb season, managing 59 goal contributions in 46 matches, seeing the 34-year-old become favourite for the Ballon d’Or.

The Frenchman managed to have three or more shots on target in 14 games last season and even managed three hat-tricks against the likes of Celta Vigo, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea.

The last tip on this list sees Luka Modric to score from outside the area, which is currently priced at 14/1.

Modric’s presence in the Real midfield last season was vital, as the Croatian dictated play and offered much-needed creativity throughout the campaign. The 36-year-old scored three times last season and created 12 assists.
