Montenegro hosts Romania in Podgorica at Stadion Pod Goricom in what looks to be an intriguing encounter in Group B3.

Montenegro come into this match off the back of a 1-0 home win against Greece, having previously lost 1-0 and 2-1 to Armenia and Turkey after managing a 2-2 draw with the Netherlands as late goals by Ilija Vukotic and Nikola Vujnovic both scored late goals to cancel out Memphis Depay’s brace.

Meanwhile, Romania’s last outing resulted in a 2-2 draw away at Israel after suffering a narrow 1-0 home loss to Greece. Before the aforementioned results, they beat both Liechtenstein and Armenia by 2-0 and 1-0 scorelines on either side of a 0-0 draw with Iceland.

The final tip on this list comes from Group B1 as the Republic of Ireland travels to Armenia in what could be a close contest.

Armenia will be looking to recover from the humiliating 9-0 defeat they suffered to Norway in March, having beaten Montenegro 1-0 before this. Their other results prior to this sequence saw them beaten 4-1, 5-0 and 1-0 by Germany, North Macedonia and Romania.

Meanwhile, the Republic of Ireland are unbeaten in their last five matches, having beaten Lithuania 1-0 last time out after drawing 2-2 with Luxembourg. In World Cup qualifying, they managed a 3-0 victory over Luxembourg after a 0-0 home draw with Portugal, as well as defeating Qatar 4-0 who were paired up with their group to play friendly matches.
