Outright Tips and Latest Odds to win the 2025 Women's Euros

The UEFA Women's European Championship takes place this summer, as 16 international teams travel to Switzerland in the quest to become European champions.

England will hope to replicate the success of the men's under-21 side, as the Lionesses look to defend the European championship they won on home soil in 2022. The Lionesses are hoping to avoid the fate of the two previous champions, as the Netherlands and Germany both fell at the quarter-final stages of the tournament after they had won the coveted trophy.

World champions, Spain, are undoubtedly the favourites heading into this tournament as they look to capture their first European championship, after two successful years in which they had won the World Cup and the UEFA Nations League.

Below, we have compiled some outright tips for the competition and provided our own selection of who we think will win the 2025 Women's European Championship.

2025 Women's Euros Outright Tips - Spain

Spain are coming into this tournament as the favourites to win the whole thing, and rightfully so. La Roja have won the last two recognised international tournaments, with consecutive final victories against England in the FIFA World Cup (2023) and in the UEFA Nations League (2024).

The world champions will be drawn into a group with their fiercest rivals, Portugal, Italy, and Belgium, with progression to the quarter-finals expected from La Roja. Spain's squad is filled with world-class talent across the board, with the Barcelona duo of Alexis Putellas and Aitana Bonmati expected to make a significant impact.

Their forward options are also stacked, with Claudia Pina proving in recent weeks to be the difference maker in decisive matches. Pina, who plays for Barcelona, has scored five goals in her last three appearances and has provided 17 goal contributions in 19 league starts for the club side.

Our pick to go all the way in this competition are the world champions, Spain. We are backing La Roja to complete the trifecta of international tournaments.

Outright Winner Odds

Aside from Spain, we have compiled outright winner odds for teams that could perhaps be the eventual winner of the 2025 Women's European Championships this summer.

Below is a list of outright winner odds, so you can get an insight into who the likely winner will be and what odds are available.

England

Reigning European champions, England, will be one of the frontrunners for the tournament again this summer, following their success in 2022 and recent consecutive final appearances in the FIFA World Cup and the UEFA Nations League. The Lionesses were thwarted in both finals by an impressive Spanish side, who have been stacked with quality over the last few years.

England's route to the final brings them a group consisting of France, the Netherlands, and Wales. Should England qualify as group winners, their route would see them face Sweden (QF), Spain (SF) and Germany in the final. The Lionesses will be afforded a slightly easier route if they finish runners-up, with Germany (QF), Italy (SF) and Spain in the final, a repeat of the two previous international tournaments.

England are blessed with a plethora of talent across their squad, with the likes of Chloe Kelly, Alessia Russo, Georgia Stanway and Lauren James all likely to play a key role for the Lionesses. The one player we think will make a difference is Chelsea striker, Aggie Beever-Jones. The 21-year-old was England's top scorer in the UEFA Nations League, scoring four goals in five appearances. For Chelsea, Jones has scored nine goals in 12 league starts last season.

Germany

Germany's history in this competition and their recent form coming into this tournament make them one of the favourites, just behind England, to lift the trophy on July 27. DFB-Frauenteam are the most successful side in this competition with eight tournament wins, alongside their two FIFA World Cup triumphs, making them one of the most successful international sides in Women's Football.

Germany have been drawn into a group with Poland, Denmark and outsiders for the tournament in Sweden. DFB-Frauenteam are coming into this tournament with five consecutive wins and no losses in their previous six matches, so they are expected to carry on their magnificent form here.

Lea Schüller had an excellent season for Bayern Munich, scoring 11 goals and providing three assists in 22 matches. Lea Schüller was also the top scorer for Germany in the UEFA Nations League, scoring five goals.

Sweden

Our outside bet for the tournament, coming in at 14/1 is Sweden, who could prove to cause a few problems for the more established contenders this summer. The team has represented Sweden at the FIFA Women's World Cup on nine occasions. Sweden finished as runners-up in the FIFA World Cup in 2003 and have won this competition previously in 1984.

Sweden have been drawn into a group with Germany, Poland and Denmark. The
Blågult (Blue and Yellows) are heading into this tournament in excellent form, with no losses in their previous 12 matches and scoring first in eight of their last 10 matches.

Fridolina Rolfo's performances will be integral to their chances in this competition, with the full-back providing an attacking outlet for Barcelona last season, contributing nine goals in 16 league starts.
