Bournemouth sit just below Chelsea in 11th in the Premier League. In 37 games, The Cherries have 13 wins, nine draws and 15 losses which leaves them on 48 points, equal with Brighton in tenth.

The Cherries have been somewhat consistent in front of goal, scoring 53 goals in 37 games which gives them an average of 1.43 goals a game. Bournemouth have also struggled at the other end of the pitch, conceding 65 goals but keeping nine clean sheets.

          Recent Form

In their last six games in all competitions, Chelsea have four wins, one draw and one loss.

The trip to the Emirates to take on London rivals Arsenal was one to forget for Chelsea. Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in the fourth minute to give Arsenal the lead at halftime. Braces from Ben White and Kai Havertz in the second half gave Arsenal a 5 - 0 win, their biggest ever over Chelsea.

Chelsea were once again on the road, this time taking on Aston Villa. An own goal from Marc Cucurella gave Villa the lead early on and Morgan Rogers doubled the lead before halftime. Noni Madueke and Conor Gallagher drew Chelsea level with ten minutes to go, but the potential winner was ruled out and the game finished in a 2 - 2 draw.

The Blues bounced back to winning ways against another London rival Tottenham. Despite having just 37% of the possession, Trevoh Chalobah scored in the first half and Nicolas Jackson grabbed a goal in the second half to give Chelsea the 2 - 0 win.

Yet another London derby saw Chelsea host West Ham. The Hammers had just two shots on target compared to Chelsea’s 14 shots on target as a brace from Jackson and goals from Cole Palmer, Gallagher and Madueke gave Chelsea the 5 - 0 win.

Mykhailo Mudryk opened the scoring for Chelsea in the eighth minute but Willy Boly equalised for Nottingham Forest before halftime. Callum Hudson-Odoi, former Chelsea player, put Forest ahead but two goals in two minutes from Raheem Sterling and Jackson gave Chelsea the 3 - 2 win.

Chelsea managed to beat Brighton 2-1 on Wednesday night as Cole Palmer and Christopher Nkunku scored on either side of half time to earn themselves a valuable three points in their quest for Europa League football.

In their last five games in all competitions, Bournemouth have two wins and three losses.

A penalty from Dominic Solanke gave Bournemouth the lead on the half hour mark but Rogers equalised for Aston Villa in the first half added time. Moussa Diaby and Leon Bailey both scored in the second half to give Villa the 3 - 1 win.

Bournemouth bounced back with a win over Wolves. Despite being down to ten men at full time with Kerkez sent off, Antoine Semenyo’s goal in the first half was the only goal of the game to give Wolves the 1 - 0 win.

Marcos Senesi opened the scoring in the 13th minute to give Bournemouth the lead over Brighton at halftime. Enes Unal and Justin Kluivert both scored in the second half to secure the 3 - 0 win over a Brighton side that had just one shot on target.

However, the next time out saw Bournemouth on the wrong side of the 3 - 0 scoreline. A penalty from Bukayo Saka and goals from Trossard and Declan Rice gave Arsenal the 3 - 0 win.

The last time out for Bournemouth was a game of later goals against Brentford. Bryan Mbeumo opened the scoring in the 86th minute but Solanke equalised just three minutes later. However, Yoane Wissa grabbed a goal in the 95th minute to give Brentford the 2 - 1 win.
