Super 6 Predictions

Super 6

Manchester City 2-1 Fulham

Although we think Fulham will be awkward opposition for Manchester City, it's hard to see anything but a home win here.

Penalty shootouts excluded, Manchester City haven't lost a game at the Etihad in all competitions since November 2022. Moreover, City have won a whopping 16 consecutive head-to-head games with Fulham.

Over 2.5 goals has been a common theme of recent head-to-head meetings, with at least three goals having been scored in all of the last six head-to-head encounters between the two sides. Similarly, the both teams to score market has occurred in four of the last five encounters between the two.

Arsenal 3-0 Southampton

Arsenal are unbeaten this season and have won 18 of their last 23 league games at the Emirates. Southampton, conversely, remain winless this season.

Over 2.5 goals has occurred in three of Arsenal's last four games in all competitions and three of Southampton's last four in the Premier League, so we're expecting a high-scoring encounter here.

Arsenal have scored three or more goals in three of their last six home games in the league, so we fancy them to put a few past the Saints this weekend.

West Ham 2-2 Ipswich Town

On paper, this game will be tough to call between two teams chasing a win in recent weeks.

Ipswich Town have no losses in their last four, after drawing their last four fixtures - their first two fixtures provided a difficult opening with two defeats to Liverpool and Manchester City.

Neither side has a win in their previous five, despite Ipswich remaining unbeaten in their previous four. Both teams have scored in West Ham's four of their previous five and five of the previous six involving Ipswich Town.

West Ham are without a clean sheet in their previous five and have conceded first in four of their last five. In the last five meetings between the two teams, four have seen both teams score.

Everton 1-1 Newcastle United

Everton's win over Crystal Palace has shed some positive light on Everton's season, as the Toffees were without a win in the Premier League until last weekend.

The Toffees are unbeaten in their last two matches, although the hosts have not kept a clean sheet in their last five. Newcastle United are without a clean sheet in their previous six and have two wins in their previous four in the Premier League - with their recent away fixture resulting in a 3-1 loss to Fulham.

Both teams have scored in both team's previous five fixtures. Newcastle are without a clean sheet in their last three against Everton. The recent meetings between the two teams is evenly split, with two wins each and a draw. Although, Everton have won two of the previous three meetings at Goodison Park.

Aston Villa 2-1 Manchester United

Aston Villa are in tremendous form, having no losses in their previous seven - including a wonderful 1-0 win over Bayern Munich.

Manchester United have won just one of their last five league matches and have a minus three goal difference after six games.

Six of the last seven involving Aston Villa have seen over 2.5 goals scored - with five in the last seven for Manchester United. This fixture has seen over 2.5 goals scored in six of the last seven.

Brighton & Hove Albion 2-3 Tottenham Hotspur

The recent league meetings favour Tottenham Hotspur - with three wins in the previous four fixtures against Brighton.

Neither side has kept a clean sheet in their last three meetings. Spurs are on a run of five consecutive victories with their previous league win coming via an impressive 3-0 scoreline over Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Brighton are without a clean sheet in their last three games, with Spurs unbeaten in their last two away games. More than 2.5 goals have been scored in seven of the last nine involving Brighton and six of the last seven involving Spurs.
