There is quite a gap between the Champions League spots and those below it, with Aston Villa looking to fend off Tottenham whereas West Ham aim to close in on the likes of Manchester United and shake off Wolves and Newcastle.

This will be the 120th meeting between West Ham and Aston Villa, with the first meeting coming back in 1913. The Hammers have the better record in the fixture with 45 wins in comparison to Aston Villa’s 39 wins, the other 35 games ending in a draw.
