Paris Saint-Germain vs Tottenham Hotspur Prediction

Tottenham are looking to bounce back from a torrid derby day performance as they take on PSG in the Champions League.

The reigning champions come into this game in good form, with just one defeat from their last ten games, coming against Bayern Munich. PSG's other three games in this competition saw them beat Atalanta 4-0, Barcelona 2-1, and Bayer Leverkusen 7-2.

The Parisian side have seen over 2.5 goals scored in all of their last three games, while BTTS has occurred in two of their last three outings. PSG have lost only one on home soil all season, and given Tottenham's form, they'll expect that run to continue here.

Spurs are currently 10th in the Champions League table with eight points from four games. Despite struggling domestically, they've picked up some solid results in this competition, beating Villarreal (1-0) and FC Copenhagen (4-0), while drawing with Bodo/Glimt (2-2) and AS Monaco (0-0).

Their form in all competitions does not read promisingly, however, with Thomas Frank's side having won only two of their last eight games, losing three of their last five. Like PSG, over 2.5 goals have been scored in all of their last three games, while BTTS has occurred in two of their last three. Away from home, Spurs have won two, drawn one and lost two of their last five.

All in all, Spurs' performance at the weekend was so far below par that it's tough to see anything but a defeat here. PSG are one of the three best teams on the planet and given how easily Arsenal dismantled Tottenham, PSG should also claim a somewhat resounding win.

PSG 3-1 Tottenham

Paris Saint-Germain vs Tottenham Hotspur Preview & Prediction

Spurs will still be hurting following Sunday's 4-1 defeat to Arsenal. It was a performance many have labelled "embarrassing", with Spurs recording their lowest-ever expected goals rate for a Premier League game, breaking their own record for the second time in one month.

  • Date: 26/11/2025
  • Kick-off: 8:00pm
  • Location: Parc des Princes, Paris

The team looks out of ideas creatively and is fatally negative in their approach, and fans are understandably becoming restless. Thomas Frank started the season well but the majority of the goodwill he accumulated looks to have completely dissipated. Few fans expect the team to win this game, but it's imperative that they give a good account of themselves and show a degree of bravery that's been sorely lacking this season.

PSG, meanwhile, are cruising through the season in third gear. The Parisians remain top of Ligue 1, where they really break a sweat, but were beaten 1-2 by Bayern Munich in the Champions League last month, which was a big defeat narrative-wise.

Bayern have arguably been the most impressive team in Europe this season and, having put PSG to the sword, it has led many to speculate that the French side have been knocked off their perch - or at least will be come May.

Whether that's true or not remains to be seen, and PSG have been battling an immense injury crisis this season, but Luis Enrique's side are still an extremely impressive outfit, and they'll be in search of a statement win in front of their own fans here.
