Two sides with play-off aspirations meet in the Championship this weekend as Preston North End welcome Swansea City to Deepdale.
Preston North End currently sit 6th in the EFL Championship with two wins and one draw from their first three games of the season.
Preston have started the season excellently despite a tough summer in terms of transfer business and their fans will be desperately hoping their side can sustain this form.
They began the season with a 1-1 draw at Bristol City before registering successive wins over Sunderland, 2-1, and most recently Sheffield Wednesday, 1-0.
The win over Sheffield Wednesday was a hard-fought three points with a Liam Lindsay goal in the 49th minute enough to seal all three points.
PNE lost a lot of their goal threat in the summer with Tom Cannon and Troy Parrott returning to their parent clubs following loan spells but Will Keane, signed from Wigan in the summer, has two goals in his first three games and is filling in excellently.
Preston manager Ryan Lowe is doing a fantastic job in Lancashire despite working with such limited tools and if they can find a way to add some more quality in the final week of the transfer window they could be a real force in the league this season.
Another win here would further add to the momentum they've built up and in front of their own fans they're likely the favourites.
Swansea City currently sit 18th in the Championship with two draws and one loss from their first three games of the season.
The Swans kicked off their campaign with a 1-1 draw at home to Birmingham City before falling to a 3-2 loss away at West Bromwich Albion followed by a 1-1 draw with Coventry City.
The draw with Coventry was a decent result for The Welsh side in what has been an opening few games filled with ups and downs.
It's by no means been convincing but there have been moments of promise and under the guidance of a new manager in Michael Duff it may well take a while for Swansea to reach their peak this season.
They've done some shrewd business in the summer having recently recruited midfielder Charlie Patino on loan from Arsenal but the worry is now that star striker Joël Piroe is lured away by another club before the end of the transfer window with a number of clubs lurking in the shadows.
Piroe has just one year left on his deal and having been offered a new contract he is yet to sign it, and if that remains the case then Swansea could be forced to sell.
Losing Piroe could be terminal for Swandea's season so they'll have to hope that they can, at the very least, land a replacement.
In terms of this weekend they're facing a tough opponent and one that will make them work hard for any sort of result.
For our Preston vs. Swansea prediction, we're going for a 1-1 draw.
