Norwich City are aiming to keep up their fantastic unbeaten start to another Championship season with a trip to the AESSEAL New York Stadium up next for the Canaries where Rotherham United are looking to register their first win.
Just like was the case in last season's run, it seems as if Rotherham are set to fight relegation this campaign. Last time out, the club finished six points above the bottom three with 11 wins on the board and 18 defeats too, as they went on to also let in 60 goals.
So far this year, Rotherham have the worst defensive record with 10 let in and no wins on the board. They were beaten 2-1 for the second game running after a beating from Sunderland and a loss to Leicester City, with their only point so far coming in a draw at home to Blackburn Rovers. where Hakeem Odoffin scored before a finish from Fred Onyedinma - he was also sent off just two minutes after scoring.
Rotherham were also battered by Stoke City on the opening weekend, as Lee Peltier scored in the second half before a sending off for Cafu. On the other hand to their dismal run of form, the club have still managed to score at least one goal in every game so far this season after also beating Morecambe on penalties in the EFL Cup first round where the game finished 1-1.
As for Norwich, they only trail Leicester at the top of the table due to their stunning 4-4 draw with Southampton three weeks ago, as they have managed to score more goals than every other Championship side so far with 13 going in and just six conceded.
Norwich have won three in a row since that draw with Southampton, as they smashed Huddersfield Town 4-0 last weekend with first half goals from Josh Sargent and Ashley Barnes. Jon Rowe and Adam Idah added goals in the second half too, as the Canaries also defeated Millwall before this and Hull City on the opening weekend where Idah and Rowe also scored.
