For our Derby vs. MK Dons prediction, we're going for a 1-0 win for the home side.
Derby County continue their play-off push in League One as they face MK Dons on Monday.
Derby County currently sit 7th in League One with nineteen wins, ten draws and eleven losses from forty games this season.
The Rams have been fairly underwhelming this season having failed to fulfil their promise, a level of potential that many felt warranted the tag of title favourites coming into the campaign.
Instead, they've spent the major of the campaign on the outskirts of the top six and they enter this game again on the fringe of the top six as they sit level on points with Peterborough in 7th.
Their form is not all that convincing having won one and lost three of their last four matches, the most recent of which was a 2-0 win away at Forest Green Rovers.
Forest Green are rock bottom of the league and that win does not paper over the cracks left from three successive 2-0 defeats in the three games prior to the win over Forest Green.
The Rams' home form isn't all that convincing, either, having failed to win any of their last three games on home soil.
A top six finish is very much in jeopardy for The Rams and they need a run of wins to reclaiming some momentum to finish the season. They should win here but it's a potential banana skin fixture.
MK Dons currently sit 19th in League One with eleven wins, eight draws and twelve losses from forty games this season.
Similar to their opponents but on a far more inflated scale, MK Dons have had a hugely disappointing season having spent the whole game battling relegation rather than challenging for promotion like most expected them to.
They've spent almost the entire campaign in the relegation zone but they've done well to climb out of the bottom four places in recent weeks with solid run of form.
They enter this game unbeaten in their last five matches having won three and drawn two of those, with their most recent game a 1-1 draw with Portsmouth.
Their form away from home has been mixed of late having won one, drawn one and lost one of their last four games on the road.
MK Dons were beaten 1-3 by Derby when the two sides met back in November but will fancy their chances much more here given the respective form of the two sides.
