Oxford United are back at the Kassam Stadium after a tough loss to take against Burton Albion with Shrewsbury Town heading down south off the back of a stunning win against Forest Green Rovers that took the club into ninth.
It's been a wild season for Shrewsbury, as they have managed to fight down in the bottom eight, move towards the top half of the table and now sit inside the top 10 for the first time this campaign. In fact, their win over Forest Green all but sums up their form this season. The club were 1-0 down for much of the game against Forest Green, as Rekeil Pyke and Ryan Bowman scored in the 94th and 98th minute of the game, respectively, to steal all three points.
Salop are now level on points with sides like Peterborough and Wycombe and come into this game with just two points to make up on Barnsley in sixth. However, they do have to deal with the fact that they've played more games than most League One so far.
Oxford lost again over the past weekend to make it two games in a row with a loss, not long after beating Ipswich Town and Fleetwood Town in two excellent performances. They remain in 14th, however, and with a solid gap on the relegation zone.
