Valley Parade plays host to an interesting League Two encounter this weekend as Bradford City play Colchester United.
Bradford City currently sit 18th in League Two after losing their opening game of the season.
Bradford came into this season, once again, as one of the primary promotion contenders after underwhelming relative to expectation last time out.
In keeping with last season's dynamic Bradford once again disappointed as they fell to a surprise defeat away at Crawley Town, a side backed by many for relegation this season.
Bradford fell 1-0 down after just fourteen minutes before on loan Brentford right-back Daniel Oyegoke was shown a red card, reducing The Bantams to ten men.
Bradford were then unable to work their way back into the game and fell to a 1-0 defeat at Crawley, a less than ideal way to start the season.
Bradford clawed back some credibility in midweek as they beat Accrington Stanley on penalties in the EFL Cup following a 1-1 draw on Tuesday night, but all eyes are firmly on this fixture as Bradford look to make amends for last weekend's loss.
Should results not improve quickly, manager Mark Hughes is going to find himself under mounting pressure after failing to meet expectations last season with many considering him lucky to keep his job.
If the weight of expectation proves too much for Bradford in the opening months of the campaign then expect a change in the dugout.
For now, Hughes will continue to try to get the best out of the tools at his disposal and this is a game he really needs to win.
Colchester United currently sit 14th in League Two having not yet played a game in the league.
Colchester were scheduled to face Swindon Town on the opening day of the League Two season last weekend but their plans were scuppered as the game fell victim to a postponement due to a waterlogged pitch.
As such, they enter this game somewhat a surprise package but they can most definitely take confidence from their midweek fixture that served as their season opener as they drew 2-2 with Championship side Cardiff City before falling 3-0 in the ensuing penalty shootout.
Colchester put up a valiant showing away away from home against a side two leagues above them and they will definitely have taken far more positives from the game than negatives.
On paper they face a tough test here but Bradford have proved time and again that they're far from infallible in this league so don't be surprised of Colchester spring a surprise in this one.
For our Bradford vs. Colchester prediction, we're going for a 2-1 win for the home side.
