Stockport County are looking for two wins in a row for the first time this season with MK Dons up next for the club at Stadium MK where the home side are sitting up in fourth after a decent spell of form so far.
MK Dons have failed to win their past two games after a 1-1 draw with Notts County in the last outing, as they also lost for the second time this season when they met with Crew Alexandra on the road in a 3-1 loss. The Dons' last win was in a 2-1 victory over Doncaster Rovers that saw Daniel Harvie bag before a finish from Warren O'Hora.
One more win this season came in a 3-2 away victory over Colchester United, while the club also managed to beat Wrexham 5-3 back on the opening weekend after a brace from Jon Leko and a goal each from Harvie and Mo Eisa.
As for Stockport, Louie Barry continues to score in the midst of a bad spell for Stockport to start the season, but they did manage to defeat Wimbledon last time out after a goal from him and a finish from Will Collar in a comeback win. Before this, County did let a 2-0 lead slip and drew 3-3 in the end with Crawley Town after Barry scored and Antonio Sarcevic bagged before a late equaliser from Isaac Olafoe.
Just like last season to restart their life back in the Football League, Stockport have struggled for any sort of consistency with them winning only two games and losing three so far with 11 goals let in and 10 scored of their own. What's more, they sit just five above the bottom three and are deep in the bottom half of League Two.
