Notts County are back at Meadow Lane this weekend with the visit of Forest Green Rovers seeing the home side as the biggest favourites of the weekend across League Two given the big difference in form so far.
County are the favourites to win League Two after a sensational season as seen them head into this game up in second and with only a loss to Sutton United to deal with. This defeat came way back at the start of the season, and Notts County have only gone on to lose in the EFL Cup first round to Lincoln City and Wolves U21s in the Football League Trophy ever since.
The club have also secured a win away to Salford City in the past week, beating the Greater Manchester side 2-0 on Friday night with another goal from David McGoldrick and a finish from Danny Crowley.
Notts County have also drew with MK Dons in September after defeating Accrington Stanley 3-1 with a brace from Macauley Langstaff and a goal in the first half from Crowley. Further wins back in August have seen them beat Tranmere Rovers at home, Doncaster Rovers on the road and Grimsby Town back at Meadow Lane. The other draw was against Morecambe at the Mazuma Stadium in a 0-0 away trip.
As for Forest Green, it's been a terrible welcome back into League Two after their dreadful League One campaign ended in record-breaking style. Now, the club are sitting down in 21st with two losses in a row to Crewe Alexandra which has seen David Horseman's side let in six goals and score two, while both results have come at the New Lawn Stadium.
