Stockport County will head on the road to meet with Sutton United this Friday afternoon with the Hatters aiming to stay in the top five after a draw last time out with Sutton merely aiming for a top half finish.
Sutton may be on a winless run right now, but they are still in 10th in the league and on course for another finish in the top 12. Matt Gray's side are currently sitting 10th in the league after a 1-1 draw with Walsall and a 0-0 draw with Mansfield Town in recent weeks. In fact, they are coming into this game by also drawing with Barrow anmd losing to Grimsby Town at home, meaning their last win came exactly this time last month in a 3-0 win over Crawley Town.
Stockport also drew last time out in a 1-1 tie with Salford City. They did, however, defeat Swindon Town a week before this and it keeps the club in fifth and well within a chance of back-to-back promotions across the English football pyramid.
Although Sutton have struggled at home at times this weekend, Stockport have also managed to put together one of the best away records in League Two this season. It makes it a tough game to call, but we're backing a County win.
