Wrexham are looking to bounce back from a heavy defeat last time out as they face Crewe Alexandra in League Two this weekend.
Wrexham currently sit 7th in League Two with four wins, three draws and two losses from their first nine games of the season.
While still solid, Wrexham's start to the season hasn't been as impressive or dominant as many expected it to be as they've displayed numerous signs of vulnerability in a league many expected them to sweep before them.
They're coming into this game in fairly good form overall having won three, drawn one and lost one of their last five games in the league.
They are, however, entering this game fresh off the back of 5-0 hammering at the hands of Stockport County last weekend in a sobering defeat that shows they have some way to go before they become a domineering title favourite.
Prior to that result things had been looking promising for the Welsh side and they come into this game on a run of good home form having won three and drawn one of their last four games on their own patch.
They'll be desperate to make immediate amends for last weekend's result, especially in front of their own fans, but this could be a tricky encounter given they're playing another side that currently find themselves in the play-off spots.
Crewe Alexandra currently sit 6th in League Two with four wins, four draws and one loss from their last nine games of the season.
The Alex have had a hugely positive start to the season which their fans will more than welcome given the dull, mediocre campaign their side delivered last season fresh off the back of a relegation season.
They're coming into this game in good form having won three and drawn one of their last four games in the league, the most recent of which was a 2-1 win over Colchester United.
A brace from Chris Long inside the first ten minutes was enough to seal all three points for the Alex in a result that extended what is now an impressive run.
Their form away from home, however, has been more of a worry with with Crewe having won one, drawn two and lost one of their four games on the road so far this season.
This is a tough game for Crewe on paper but the fact Wrexham are coming off the back of a heavy defeat could work in their favour - or, of course, it could work against them.
Either way, there's plenty of reason for Crewe fans to be optimistic heading into a game from which a point would be a solid result.
For our Wrexham vs. Crewe prediction, we're going for a 3-2 win for the home side.
