Norway's form heading into this game is good, with the team losing only two of their last ten games. Those defeats came against England and France in the World Cup, with the France defeat occurring in the final group game where numerous changes had been made to the starting lineup.
Their recent games have been very entertaining to watch, with BTTS and over 2.5 goals occurring in each of their last five outings.
Portugal, meanwhile, are in the nascent stages of a new era with Jorge Jesus now in charge of the team.
The side kicked their Nations League campaign off with a 1-0 win over Wales, but the performance was largely uninspired.
Jesus has already come under criticism for persisting with the selection of Cristiano Ronaldo, who is still leading the line for Portugal at the age of 41, despite his struggles at recent tournaments.
Portugal's form is good, with only one defeat in their last ten - a 1-0 loss to Spain at the World Cup. Their level of competition hasn't been as high as Norway's in that period, though, with most of their games being against mid ranking nations.
