A pivotal game in the Premier League title race takes place on the South Coast this week as Man City take on Bournemouth.
The home side have had an outstanding campaign and still harbour hopes of qualifying for next season's Champions League, which would be a momentous feat for the club.
The Cherries are 6th in the league but could finish as high as 5th. Even then, 6th place could see them into the 2026-27 Champions League if specific conditions are met.
Their form is very good, with Andoni Iraloa's side unbeaten in their last 15 games. They have, though, drawn a fair number of games in that period, particularly on home soil where they've won only three of their last ten outings.
Both BTTS and over 2.5 goals have occurred in five of their last six games, so it's fair to expect goals to be scored when the Cherries are on the pitch.
Opponents Man City also have everything to play for here as they look to keep pace with league leaders Arsenal. Depending on Arsenal's result against Burnley on Monday night, failure to beat Bournemouth could see the Gunners crowned champions on Tuesday night.
City come into the game fresh off the back of being crowned FA Cup champions with a 1-0 win over Chelsea, thanks to a goal from former Cherry Antoine Semenyo, who now has two goals in his last two games.
City's overall form is excellent, with nine wins and one draw from their last ten games. Away from home, they've lost just one of their last ten league games, which came away at Man United back in January. In their last five league games on the road, they've won three and drawn two.
Ultimately, we think the visitors have enough quality to get over the line as they enter this game with the wind in their sails.
Bournemouth 1-2 Man City
