Liverpool have only lost one of their last 16 matches across all competitions and have been involved in plenty of high-scoring games of late. Six of the Reds' last 16 matches have ended in stalemates, three of which were home games in the Premier League. Arne Slot's side have seen four of their last six matches produce over 3.5 goals, and both teams have scored in four of those six games as well.
Manchester City have only lost two of their last 19 matches in league and cup, but four of their last six Premier League games have ended in stalemates. The Citizens have only managed to win one of their last five away games in all competitions, and three of their last five matches have ended with both teams scoring and over 2.5 goals being scored. Pep Guardiola's side have only won one of their last five encounters with Liverpool, and that victory arrived in November when the Reds were going through a poor run of form.
We're expecting Sunday's big game at Anfield to be open and end-to-end. Both teams have plenty to play for and can't really afford to lose, and with that in mind, we're backing the game to end in a 2-2 draw.
Liverpool 2-2 Manchester City
