Nottingham Forest's battle to avoid relegation resumes this weekend as they face off against Fulham in the Premier League.
Nottingham Forest come into this game 17th in the Premier League with 28 points, just one point above West Ham in 18th. Forest's cushion has been gradually eroded over the weeks and they'll now be nervously looking over their shoulder as the Hammers close in on them.
Performances and results have been iffy for a number of weeks, but a strong showing at the Etihad last week saw them claim and unexpected point in a battling 2-2 draw. Despite that encouraging result and performance, much of their work was undone on Thursday night in a 0-1 loss to Danish side Midtjylland in Europe, where Vitor Pereira's side were toothless in the final third.
Forest are now winless in five games with one draw and four defeats, so the pressure is firmly on their shoulders. Both teams have scored in three of their last four games, and that's a theme we expect to continue here.
Fulham, on the other hand, are vying for a top seven finish. The Cottagers are 10th in the league, four points shy of Brentford in 7th, and will feel as though they have enough quality to make a late run for Europe.
Their form is been hit and miss, though, with three wins and three defeats from their last six. Last time out, they fell to a frustrating 0-1 loss to relegation-threatened West Ham. Marco Silva's men also have only one win from their last five away games in the league, which does not bod well for their chances here.
BTTS has occurred in three of their last five games, so we're confident we're not in for a 0-0 here, but it's hard to make a convincing argument for either side to win this one. We do, then, fancy spoils to be shared.
Nottingham Forest 1-1 Fulham
