AC Milan are looking to exact some revenge in the Champions League as they travel to Paris to face PSG this week.
AC Milan currently sit rock bottom of Group F with two draws and a defeat from their first three games of qualifying.
The Rossoneri have been in disappointing form in this competition so far this season after reaching the semi-final stage last time out and they now have their work cut out attempting to progress to the knockout rounds from this group.
They're coming into this game in very poor form having failed to win any of their last four games in all competitions, the most recent of which was a 0-1 defeat to Udinese in Serie A at the weekend.
Granted Milan were missing a couple of starters but for a club that wants to be challenging for trophies on all fronts the result was hugely disappointing.
It feels clear that on a whole Milan are a shade weaker than they have been in previous seasons and while there's still time for them to improve over the course of the season they need to turn things around much more quickly if they are to emerge from this group.
Given they were hammered 3-0 by PSG in the reverse fixture things don't look too promising here but home advantage should at least alleviate some of the difficulty of the fixture.
PSG currently sit top of Group F with two wins and one loss from three games in the Champions League so far.
The Parisians kicked off their campaign with a 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund before falling to a shock 4-1 defeat in Newcastle followed by a 3-0 win of their own against Milan.
It's been an up and down showing from Killian Mbappé and co who despite the heavy defeat in Newcastle still look in good shape to top the group.
Life under Luis Enrique got off to a tough start but things appear to be slowly improving as the Spaniard looks to find the optimal balance in a loaded squad.
They're coming into this game in excellent form having now won their last five consecutive matches, the most recent of which was a 3-0 win over Montpellier.
Goals from Lee Kang-in, Warren Zaïre-Emery and Vitinha sealed a comfortable win for the Parisians who will be pleased with how they've played of late having now kept three clean sheets in their last four outings having also scored three goals per game in their last five.
Turning PSG into a Champions League winning side is one of the toughest jobs in Europe and it's important to note that they've been in good league form in years gone by and still failed in this competition, but the trajectory of their performances is very positive and they'll feel quite optimistic of doing something memorable in this competition this season.
For our AC Milan vs. PSG prediction, we're going for a 3-1 win for the away side.
