Jose Mourinho will be looking to get one foot into the knockout rounds of the Europa League when they head to Slavia Prague after a perfect start to their campaign back in Europe.
Roma have made it to consecutive European finals, albeit in two different competitions. This year, they are no doubt on course to establish themselves as one of the favourites once again, as they have so far won all three games with eight goals scored and just one let in - this hands them the best record in the Europa League right now.
Last time out, Roma had to come back from behind in the home win over Lecce last time out, as Sardar Azmoun scored in the 91st minute before Romelu Lukaku got another goal with a winner in the 94th minute.
Before this, they did lose to Inter Milan but put together a five-game winning run before that, including two victories in the Europa League. One of those victories saw them defeat Servette 4-0 with another finish from Lukaku before Andrea Belotti scored a brace alongside a Lorenzo Pellegrini goal.
The other Europa League win saw them beat Slavia Prague in the return game of this match, as Edoardo Bove netted after just one minute before Lukaku scored another goal.
As for Prague, they lost to Viktoria Plzen 2-1 in the last outing, as Mick van Buren scored. This did knock them off top spot, however, with them winning 10 of the 14 matches and suffering just that one loss. In the Europa League, they sit with two wins and that one loss to Roma.
