Israel vs. Andorra Prediction, Tips & Stats

Israel face Andorra in EURO 2024 qualifying as they hop to keep pace with the top two sides in the group.

Israel currently sit 3rd in Group I with one win, one draw and one loss from their first three games of the campaign.

Israel began their campaign with a 1-1 draw with Kosovo before comfortable losing 3-0 to Switzerland followed by a 2-1 win in Belarus last time out.

It's been a fairly mixed start for Israel with their only win coming against one of the worst sides in Europe, and judging by their performance in the other two games it's hard to make them favourites to emerge from this group with Switzerland at this stage.

Their form overall is not great with Israel having won just one of their last four matches, losing two and drawing one of the other three.

Their form has been solid, however, having won two, drawn two and lost one of their last five games on home soil.

This is a very competitive group and Israel will likely slog it out with Romani and Kosovo to qualify in 2nd place along with Switzerland.

Fortunately for them they should easily claim three points here at home to a very limited team.

Andorra currently sit 5th in Group I with one draw and two losses from their first three games of the campaign.

After losing 0-2 to Romania in their opening game, Andorra drew 1-1 away in Kosovo before falling to a 1-2 defeat to Switzerland in their last game.

Despite being 153rd in the world Andorra have not been embarrassed in this group so far and the point they claimed away at Kosovo was an excellent one.

They're still in poor form having drawn one and lost four of their last five matches, however, and that form is expected to continue here.

Andorra's main goal will be to try and win a game as they've won just one of the sixty-three European Championship qualifiers they've played in their history.

That likely won't come here, though, as their best chance will occur against Belarus.

For our Israel vs. Andorra prediction, we're going for a 2-0 win for the home side.

          Israel Team News

Oscar Gloukh and Shon Weissman are likely to be rewarded with places in the starting XI after impressing off the bench last time out while Liel Abada and Manor Solomon will continue to make up the threat on the wings.

Israel are still without Doron Leidner and Mahmoud Jaber through injury.

          Andorra Team News

Andorra will likely name the same XI that put in a valiant effort in the 1-2 loss to Switzerland last time out.

Their XI, then, should read: I. Álvarez; J. Rubio, M. Llovera, J. G. García, A. Alavedra, M. San Nicolás; J. Aláez, M. Rebés, É. Vales Ramos, J. Cervós; A. Rosas.
