Saturday’s late-night kick-off will take place at Turf Moor with Burnley facing off against 19th placed Southampton.

Both of the sides coming into the match are yet to register any points, although, Southampton have featured in an extra game due to Burnley’s first fixture being postponed. The Clarets were defeated 4-2 against Leicester City, which ultimately saw the Foxes rise to the top of the table. Saturday’s only 3 pm fixture will see Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton travel to Selhurst Park to face Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace.

The Toffees head into this fixture in staggering form, winning both of their first two games including an emphatic 5-2 scoreline over West Bromwich Albion last weekend. This has placed them second in the table, on the same points as rivals Liverpool. This is especially true, as the league’s top scorer, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, is in action, as well as Wilfred Zaha, another player that has started the season strong. Newly promoted side Leeds United, will travel to Bramall Lane to face Sheffield United on Sunday’s 12 pm fixture.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side has impressed many since their promotion to the Premier League, winning one in two with a 4-3 defeat to champions Liverpool on the opening day. Coming into this fixture, Leeds have achieved a highly unlikely outcome with both of their league matches ending 4-3. The Peacocks have proven that they are a formidable threat in front of goal totalling seven in two.

The Blades, however, are still yet to register a goal in the league, but with Leeds’ poor defence, this might soon change.

Sunday’s 4.30 kick-off sees one of the biggest fixtures of the weekend as Manchester City host Leicester City.

Due to Pep Guardiola’s men going far into the Champions League last campaign, they have missed the opening fixture and have only faced Wolverhampton Wanderers in the last gameweek. Arguably the biggest fixture of the week sees Liverpool host Arsenal on Monday night.

Both teams have won their first two matches with Arsenal conceding only one goal in comparison to Liverpool’s three. Although, this will be the first game that the Gunners will play against a top-six side compared to Liverpool who beat Chelsea in the last fixture. Both sides have been good in front of goal, with neither squad scoring less than two goals.
