This year's Ryder Cup is as open as ever. The key talking points are:

1. Rory McIlroy

Currently ranked World Number 2, this is his 8th Ryder Cup. His individual record is 16 wins, 13 losses, 4 ties, and he's been on the winning team five times already.

2. World Rankings

While Rory may be world number 2, the Americans bring a massive seven of the world's top 10 players. Europe will be relying on team chemistry, current holder status and momentum to win this one.

3. Debutants

While the European team is full of experience (only Hojgaard makes his debut), the Americans have four players making their first Ryder Cup appearance: Ben Griffin, Russell Henley, J.J. Spaun & Cameron Young. They'll need to hold their nerve under the intense pressure of the crowd.

4. The Course

The course has been tweaked to be even more suitable for the American team, with roughs made easier and fairways widened. Essentially, this code is the opposite of Rome in 2023, which punished inaccuracy. Expect some huge drives off the tee and hyper aggressive approach play from the Americans, while the Europeans will be reliant on short game accuracy.

How & when can I qualify?

What can I win?

• If your bet is successful, you will be paid in cash based on the normal price on site and will have the extra amount, bringing the bet up to the cumulative 50/1 payout, credited in free bets.

When will I get my prize?

• You will receive your Free bet after your qualifying bet settles. Free bets are valid for 7 days.

What else do I need to know?
