The first game on this list is France against Ukraine at the Stade de France where the world champions take on a side managed by legendary striker Andriy Shevchenko who will be looking to qualify for their first World Cup since 2006.
The last time France played, they beat Sweden 4-2 at home to confirm their place at the top of Group A3 in the Nations League, thanks to goals from Olivier Giroud (2), Benjamin Pavard and Kingsley Coman after conceding just four minutes in to a Viktor Claesson goal.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s last game resulted in a 3-1 defeat to Germany, despite taking an early lead via Roman Yaremchuk. This result saw them narrowly relegated from Group A4 which contained the likes of Spain, Germany and Switzerland.
In the last meeting between these two France came out as 7-1 winners in October last year, a showing which Ukraine will be desperate to improve upon, especially considering the fact that France used a heavily rotated line-up which even saw the likes of Eduardo Camavinga and Corentin Tolisso get on the scoresheet.
