England’s Euro 2021 Squad Bet Specials - Forwards

Over the past few days, we’ve been looking at the odds for which players will be part of England’s 23-man squad for the Euros later this year. This time, we’ve looked at who could make up the attack for England and the odds of each individual player being selected by Gareth Southgate. If you would like to back any of the players to make the squad, we’ve provided a link for each player that will take you to the relevant bet slip. Please note that the odds are correct as of 14/01/21.

Harry Kane - 1/16

Tottenham striker Harry Kane is almost a certainty to be chosen for the Euros, due to being the captain of the national side.

Kane has been a regular in the England setup since his debut against Lithuania in March 2015 and has racked up 51 caps for England, scoring 32 goals.

The 27-year-old has shown impressive form once again for Spurs this season under the management of Jose Mourinho, scoring 11 goals, as well as assisting 11 in 17 Premier League matches.

England captain Kane is priced at 1/16 to be chosen by Southgate to represent his national side at Euro 2021 - Click here to claim this bet in your bet slip!<br/>

Jadon Sancho - 1/16

The most likely option to play on the right-wing is Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho. The 20-year-old has been in superb form for Dortmund since moving out to Germany at the start of the 2017/18 season, scoring 40 and assisting 54 in 119 appearances for the Black and Yellows.

Sancho made his England debut back in October 2018 against Croatia in the Three Lions' 0-0 draw in the Nations League. The Dortmund man has made 18 appearances under Southgate and appeared in every Nations League fixture since his debut, bar England's 3-2 win over Spain in Group Four back in October 2018.

the 20-year-old is a flexible player who is capable of switching sides and playing on the left of the striker as well as playing behind the striker in a number ten role, that kind of versatility is useful as it will give Southgate a lot of different options in attack when it comes to starting 11s and changing tactics mid-game.

Dortmund winger Sancho is priced at 1/16 to represent England at Euro 2021.

Marcus Rashford - 1/16

Similar to Sancho, Marcus Rashford is another versatile player as he is capable of playing on the wing and even up front as a striker.

Rashford has been in impressive form for Manchester United this season, having managed to get 22 goal contributions in 28 games this campaign, despite mainly featuring as a winger under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's management, with Edinson Cavani or Anthony Martial usually taking the role of central striker.

The 23-year-old was a regular for England in qualifying for Euro 2021, as he featured in 6 of their 8 qualifiers, making six-goal contributions.

The United forward is priced at 1/16 to be selected as part of England&#x27;s 23 man squad for the Euros this summer.

Raheem Sterling - 1/16

Alike those that have been mentioned above, Raheem Sterling is almost a certainty to make it into Southgate's squad unless he suffers an injury prior to the tournament.

Sterling has been exceptional since joining Manchester City from Liverpool at the start of the 2015/16 season, as he has scored 107 goals and made 83 assists in 267 appearances for the Citizens. So far this season the 26-year-old has impressed once again, scoring seven and assisting eight in 24 appearances for City.

The former Liverpool man made his Three Lions debut all the way back in November 2012 against Sweden in a 4-2 defeat under the management of Roy Hodgson, and has played in every single international tournament since. He is priced at 1/16 to be selected by Southgate for this summer&#x27;s tournament.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin 1/2

Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin is having the best season of his career so far, having scored 11 goals in 16 league games for the Toffees, seeing him currently stand as the third top scorer in the Premier League.

The 23-year-old who scored the winning goal in the Under 20's World Cup final against Venezuela back in 2017 made his international debut for the senior side last October and scored against Wales at Wembley Stadium in a 3-0 win for the Three Lions.

The Sheffield born striker is priced at 1/2 to be selected for the national side at Euro 2021.

Mason Greenwood 11/8

Rashford's Manchester United teammate Mason Greenwood is also in contention to be selected for Euro 2021, having had an impressive 2019/20 season for the Old Trafford club, scoring 17 goals and assisting five for the Red Devils in what was his first full season of first-team football for the teenager.

So far this season the 19-year-old has struggled for form, scoring three goals and assisting three goals in 20 matches for United in all competitions, but there is still plenty of time left this season for the youngster to find the form that impressed so many last campaign.

Greenwood made his debut for England in their 1-0 win away at Iceland in September but was sent home by Southgate for an off the pitch incident involving Manchester City's Phil Foden, with the United man not featuring in the national team squad since.

The 19-year-old has the odds of 11/8 to make the cut for England&#x27;s Euro 2021 squad.

Danny Ings - 5/4

Southampton’s Danny Ings has been on fire for Southampton again this season. After an underwhelming spell at Liverpool where the striker struggled to stay injury-free, Ings has rediscovered the form that he showed at Burnley and has scored 29 goals in 51 appearances for the Saints since the start of last season.

Ings has just three international caps for England and alike Calvert-Lewin, he also played and scored in the Three Lions' 3-0 victory over Wales last October.

The Saints striker is priced at 5/4 to be selected by Southgate following what has been scintillating 18 months of form for the 28-year-old.

Below are some of the remaining odds for attackers to make the 23-man squad:
